GLYMED PLUS RETURN POLICIES

 

REGEN PRO WHOLESALE ORDER RETURNS:

The Company strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Our return policies are simple and straightforward. Within 5 days of purchase:

Licensed Professionals, if you wish to return any product, please call or email info@glymedplus.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You help facilitate a smooth return process by coordinating with customer service in advance of any return. Call us at +1 (800) 676-9667 or email us at info@glymedplus.com and have your account and order numbers readily available.

If any products are expired or defective, please specify, so that customer service can list this on the RMA. Please also provide the lot/batch number. Product container/carton images are a great way to capture this information and can be sent directly to customer service. GlyMed Plus reserves the right to provide any of the following as part of the return process: a product credit to your account, apply REGEN Rewards Points to your REGEN Pro account, or full or partial refund.

Unopened and undamaged products may be returned with an RMA during the five (5) days after delivery of the product(s) for either a full refund, REGEN Rewards Points to your REGEN Pro account, or product credit at GlyMed's discretion.

Promptly check your GlyMed Plus products upon receipt, as any obsolete product must be returned within this five (5) day period to receive a refund or product credit. Returns of obsolete products outside of this window will not be accepted.

Any opened product must be returned within the first five (5) days and will only be eligible for a REGEN Rewards Points application to your REGEN Pro account. No refunds are provided for opened products. All opened products will be returned at the customer's expense prior to the credit being applied. After 5 days all opened product sales are final.

After the five (5) day period, you may return any unexpired, unopened, and undamaged products solely at the company's discretion, with an RMA. These returns are limited to REGEN Rewards Points and are applied to your REGEN Pro account. All unexpired, unopened and undamaged returns made thirty (30) days or more following delivery of the product are subject to a 50% restocking charge.

All discontinued product sales are final. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this return process and to modify or discontinue selling any or all of the Products at any time. The company reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.

REGEN RETAIL ORDER RETURNS:

GlyMed Plus strives to provide the best customer service in the industry. Our return policies are simple and straightforward: If you have any questions about how to use your new GlyMed Plus products, or any concerns following your use of the products, contact your skincare professional immediately. GlyMed Plus products are designed to be highly effective, and thus require the trained supervision, suggestion and guidance from a licensed skin care professional.

If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return the GlyMed Plus Product, call or email our customer service team within five (5) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our customer service team to set up and complete your return. Call us at +1 (800) 676-9667 or email us at info@glymedplus.com.

You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the five (5) days after receiving your order, for a full refund.

Opened products are also eligible for a full refund during this five (5) day period, but all opened products must be returned at the customer's expense prior to the refund being processed. After five (5) days all product sales are considered final. The company reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.

After the full or partial refund of a retail order, any revenue share payment made or due to the applicable REGEN Retail store related to the refunded product(s) will be credited against the professional's account.
